Voermeesters Daily Balance is a daily base cube for horses that live closest to their natural way of life.
Think of hardy breeds and horses that perform little or no work and therefore do not require extra energy. These cubes, free from whole grains, contains a high level of natural fibers and a low sugar and starch content. It supports healthy digestion, helps strengthen the gut flora and has a positive effect on the immune system.

Daily feeding advice

Feed at least 325–420 grams of Voermeesters Daily Balance per 100 kg body weight.

General guidelines

Feed at least 1.5 kg of hay (85% dry matter) per 100 kg body weight per day. For haylage (70% dry matter), feed at least 1.8 kg per 100 kg body weight per day.
Always ensure access to sufficient fresh, clean drinking water.
If less Daily Balance is fed than recommended, use our Mix & Match feeding system to supplement vitamins and trace elements with Voermeesters Vitality+
The required amount of Daily Balance depends on forage quality, grazing and level of work.
Divide concentrate feed into several portions per day, even when feeding small amounts.
Preferably feed concentrates after forage has been provided.
When workload increases, do not immediately increase concentrate feed; first increase the forage allowance.
Provide a salt lick to meet sodium requirements.

Ingredients from nature

Oat hulls

A fiber-rich ingredient that is slowly broken down and therefore plays an important role in the cecum and large intestine of your horse.

Sunflower seed hulls

These hulls are the outer layer of the sunflower seed. They are rich in fiber and support a healthy gut flora in the cecum and large intestine.

Flax chaff

Flax chaff is derived from the flax plant and mainly consists of the capsules that contain the linseeds. It has a high structural value and provides gut fill.

Apple pulp

What remains after pressing apple juice is given a second life with us. Rich in fiber and pectin, it provides a source of energy for your horse.

Timothy

A palatable grass species that contains less sugar than many other grasses. Because it has more stem than leaf, it encourages horses to chew more and more effectively.
